Holy Spirit Baptized

Key Scripture: Acts 1:4-5

And being assembled together with them, he {JESUS} commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, `Ye did hear of me; because John, indeed, baptized with water, and ye shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit–after not many days.’ (YLT)

5For John baptized with water, but not many days from now you shall be baptized with ([a]placed in, introduced into) the Holy Spirit. (AMP)

d.     Notes In Relation To Other Scriptures

  • Sometimes the Holy Spirit is referred to as the promise.
  • Evidences
    • This research must go somewhere else to actually “witness” a Holy Spirit Baptism and it’s result.
